VIDEO: 'They Don't Know How to Yield, They Don't Give Up Their Phones' - Kocharyan on Traffic Accidents

During the discussion of the draft state budget for 2024, one of the topics addressed was the issues related to traffic rules, markings, signs, and road transport accidents in Yerevan. KP MP Sisak Gabrielian directed a question to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Armenia, Vahe Ghazaryan.

He specifically mentioned that these issues fall under community supervision, yet accusations are directly aimed at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

'Maybe the Ministry of Internal Affairs should be granted powers to regulate the situation,' the MP said.
