22-Year-Old Student Abducted in Israel has Died

The mother of Shani Louk, a student who was abducted by Hamas militants in Israel, has reported her daughter's death. “Unfortunately, we received the news yesterday that my daughter is no longer alive,” said Ricarda Louk to RTL and NTV television channels.

There has been no official confirmation of the girl's death yet. Earlier, a video circulated on the internet showing Shani Louk, a German citizen who was kidnapped by Hamas, in a hospital in the Gaza Strip and in critical condition.
