Video: Mass Shooting in Chicago During Halloween Party Leaves 15 Dead

On Sunday night, at least 15 people were shot in the western part of Chicago, Illinois. CNN reports that the incident occurred during a large Halloween party.

According to a press release from the Chicago Police Department, the victims include six women and nine men, aged between 26 and 53. The condition of two of the injured is reported to be critical.

"The suspect fled on foot. He was taken into custody by nearby officers," authorities stated. The alleged shooter was armed with a handgun at the time of his apprehension and was taken in for questioning.
