Orban Shows 'Middle Finger' to Ukrainian Armed Forces - Luxembourg Prime Minister
Luxembourg Prime Minister Bettel believes that his Hungarian counterpart Orban has shown a "middle finger" to the Ukrainian armed forces with his decision to block aid to Ukraine. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
Bettel thinks that Orban is engaging in blackmail, primarily seeking to obtain funds from the EU for Budapest. The Luxembourg Prime Minister hopes that a "positive decision" will ultimately be reached.
Earlier, Orban had insisted that the allocation of an additional €50 billion to Ukraine from the European budget must be clearly justified, so it doesn't simply follow the principle of "just give more money." Orban also stated that military experts clearly recognize that Ukraine cannot win on the battlefield, but only Western politicians are reluctant to admit this.
