Most Severe Bloody Consequences Expected: Medvedev on Israel's Ground Operation in Gaza
Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev believes that Israel's ground operation in the Gaza Strip will take place and will result in the "most severe bloody consequences." He stated this on his Telegram channel.
According to Medvedev, Israel is delaying the start of the ground operation, likely under pressure from Western countries and out of fear of provoking the international community's outrage.
"The operation will happen, and it will bring the most severe bloody consequences. Brutality always demands more victims, and the machinery of mutual violence will now operate for years to come," Medvedev wrote.
Dmitry Medvedev added that it is necessary to resolve the Middle Eastern conflict through peaceful means by implementing the UN Security Council Resolution of November 22, 1967, and the 1947 United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine.
The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council noted that the West is quite tired of Ukraine and eagerly supports Israel. "The questions, of course, are rhetorical. After all, it is much more interesting to distribute money for someone else's war far from the USA. The war must continue..." Medvedev concluded.
