For Me, the October 27 Case Is Solved: Gagik Jhaghinyan
For me, the October 27 case is solved. Everything is in the materials of the criminal case. This was stated today, on October 27, by Gagik Jhaghinyan, the former Deputy Attorney General and former military prosecutor, during a conversation with journalists at Yerablur.
He noted that an investigation has now been resumed on the separated part, and today the prosecutor's office has released a statement, indicating that we should wait for the results.
“Investigative and procedural actions are being carried out, expert examinations are being conducted, and we should await the results. I believe that no state body is obstructing the investigation; on the contrary, the situation in Armenia is conducive. Now, no body is hindering, so let’s wait for the completion of the investigation,” said Gagik Jhaghinyan.
“It would be wrong to ask me for any opinion, assessment, thought, or reasoning, as either side might view that as interference in the investigation or an evaluation of the investigation,” he added.
Jhaghinyan recalled that the separated part pertains to possible accomplices, instigators, organizers, and members of other undisclosed groups.
