The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) carried out a targeted nighttime assault using tanks in the northern Gaza Strip. This information was reported by TASS, referencing a statement from the IDF's press service.

According to the military's statement, "During the night, the Israel Defense Forces conducted a targeted assault in the northern Gaza Strip using tanks, preparing for the next phases of combat. At the conclusion of the military operations, the soldiers left the area." The IDF also targeted Hamas militants in the northern Gaza Strip during the night, noting that Israeli soldiers "identified and struck terrorists, their infrastructure, and launch sites for anti-tank missiles, as well as conducted preparation operations on the battlefield."
