Video: Canada's Foreign Minister Visits Jermuk

Canada's Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly has visited Jermuk. According to a report by Armenpress, the Canadian Foreign Minister began her visit with a stop at the EU observer mission's office in Jermuk.

"It is very pleasant to be in Jermuk to learn more about the work being done by the European Union mission, which Canada is joining. Canada is the first non-EU member country to join this mission. Thus, we will discuss logistical issues on how we can integrate into this important mission, which is crucial for addressing humanitarian issues in the region, as well as bringing peace and stability," Joly said during her meeting with EU observers.

During her visit to Jermuk, the Canadian Foreign Minister will also visit combat positions and meet with citizens displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh.
