Administrative Fines for Individuals Displaced from Artsakh Will Be Cancelled
Administrative fines imposed on individuals forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh will be annulled. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Armenia, Arpine Sargsyan, during a conversation with reporters.
The Deputy Minister announced that all fines incurred from the moment of entry into Armenia until October 25 will be revoked.
“Considering the fact of displacement and the emotional state of our compatriots, and due to extreme necessity, different behaviors and limited knowledge of traffic rules have led to the decision that all administrative responsibility decisions— all fines imposed from the moment of entering Armenia until October 25 will be annulled within the framework of the relevant order of the Chief of Police. Consequently, our compatriots will not face any issues regarding administrative measures taken until October 25,” emphasized the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
