Video: Russian Defense Ministry Demonstrates Launch of Sineva Ballistic Missile from Tula Nuclear Submarine

The Russian Defense Ministry has showcased the launch of a Sineva ballistic missile from the Tula nuclear submarine during strategic nuclear forces exercises.

According to an official statement published on the Kremlin's website, Russian nuclear deterrent forces launched the Sineva ballistic missile from the Tula submarine in the Barents Sea during the drills. This was highlighted in the announcement available on the Kremlin's website.

“Practical launches of ballistic and cruise missiles occurred during the exercises of the strategic deterrent forces of the Russian Federation,” reported the Kremlin.

During the training of the deterrent forces, the Russian Armed Forces assessed the readiness of military command and control bodies, as well as the operational personnel’s working skills.
