It's Time to Institutionalize Armenian-French Cooperation: Suren Papikyan

It's time to establish Armenian-French cooperation on a more long-term, institutional basis. This was stated by the Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan.

The Armenian Ministry of Defense reports that a solemn ceremony of welcoming the Armenian Minister of Defense took place, along with a meeting with the French Minister of Armed Forces, Sébastien Lecornu, a press statement, and the signing of documents on bilateral cooperation.
