According to commentary from various channels regarding the video, it appears that residents were notified in advance of the airstrike, as the videographer pointed the camera toward the building beforehand and waited to document the moment of impact.

Recall that on the morning of October 7, Israel was subjected to an unprecedented missile attack from Gaza. The Israeli army's press service reported that extremists fired more than 3,000 rockets. Additionally, dozens of terrorists infiltrated border regions in southern Israel.
