Netanyahu Warns Lebanon of Consequences if Hezbollah Chooses to Enter War
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with soldiers along the country's northern border and issued a stern warning to the Lebanese Hezbollah movement amid ongoing clashes at the border with Lebanon. This was reported by timesofisrael.com.
"If Hezbollah decides to enter into war, it will strive for a second Lebanon war," Netanyahu stated, referencing the conflict between Israel and Lebanon in 2006.
“Hezbollah will make a grave mistake in its existence. We will strike it with a force it cannot even imagine. The consequences for Hezbollah and Lebanon will be devastating,” Netanyahu continued.
“We are in the fight of our lives, fighting for our home. This is not an exaggeration, it is not an overstatement, this is such a war. It’s either kill or be killed. They must be killed,” concluded the Israeli Prime Minister.
