Third Incident of Attack on Bus Serving Route 18

Earlier today, it was reported that an unknown individual shot at a bus serving the 18 route in the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan.

Hovhannes Manukyan, the director of Yerevan Bus LLC, told Auroranews that the incident occurred at the intersection of Halabyan and Abelyan streets.

"This is already the third incident where the bus serving route 18 has been attacked, and all three times it has occurred in the same area," he said. In the first incident, the driver was a different person, while in the last two cases, it was the same driver.

"It seems that someone in this area might have a mental disturbance. At the time of the incident, there were approximately 15-20 passengers on the bus. It feels like shots were fired from a gas gun, not a real firearm, but the impact matches that of a projectile," Manukyan commented.

Currently, police and investigators are on-site, preparing a report. The bus will be moved, and then they will proceed to examine the area to determine who is responsible for the attack on the bus.
