30 percent of the forcibly displaced from Artsakh are sleeping in cars; who will solve these problems? This question was raised by one of the Artsakh residents during a protest in front of the Artsakh representation.

He noted that they are satisfied with the Armenian authorities for their warm reception and assistance in many matters.

"I am grateful to the Armenian authorities for not telling us to stay away and to get slaughtered," he added.

Another Artsakh resident mentioned in an interview with reporters that his large family has nowhere to live. He considers the leadership of Artsakh responsible for the created situation.

"They should come find me, because the authority has done nothing for us; they have only acted for themselves. I am satisfied with the people of Armenia; there is no authority - it's zero. All the leaders of Artsakh have properties in Armenia; they should take the impoverished and give them to the deceased and others," said the Artsakh resident.

It should be noted that a group of Artsakh residents has been protesting in front of the Artsakh representation in Armenia since early morning, protesting against the decision to stop disbursing salaries to employees of state institutions in Artsakh. They broke through the barriers of soldiers and police to enter the building of the representation.

A group of Artsakh residents had also met with Shahramanyan.
