Video: Clash Occurs Between Representatives of Shahramanyan and Armenian Protesters; Tensions Run High
A clash occurred on the street of the Artsakh representation between representatives of Samvel Shahramanyan and Armenian protesters, followed by a scuffle. Police are attempting to restore order and are detaining participants.
It is noteworthy that during the altercations, attendees assaulted Karen Shahramanyan, head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh.
