VIDEO: Biden Addresses Americans and Makes Statements

Biden addressed the public on the topics of Ukraine and Israel. The U.S. President began his special address to Americans by stating that the world is at a turning point, and the decisions made now will shape the decades to come.

Biden announced that he would send an emergency budget request to Congress on Friday to fund Ukraine and Israel.
