Turkish F-16 Aircraft Arrive in Azerbaijan for Joint Exercises

Turkish Air Force F-16 aircraft have arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in joint military exercises. This was reported by РИА Новости, citing the press service of Azerbaijan's defense ministry.

"Turkish Air Force F-16s arrived in Azerbaijan on October 20 to take part in the Mustafa Kemal Atatürk 2023 exercises. From October 23 to 25, Azerbaijani-Turkish joint tactical exercises will be conducted in several directions, including in Baku, the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and Nagorno-Karabakh," the statement said.

Earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev announced that Baku and Ankara will hold 16 joint exercises this year, some of which have already taken place.
