Shahramanyan: No Document on Nagorno-Karabakh's Dissolution Signed
The President of Nagorno-Karabakh, Savel Shahramanyan, stated that he has not signed any document regarding the dissolution of Nagorno-Karabakh. This was mentioned by one of the locals who attended the meeting with Shahramanyan during a conversation with reporters.
The local emphasized that they were not satisfied with the meeting, as they did not receive answers to their pressing questions. He pointed out that they also raised social issues, stating, "There are families of the deceased and wounded who have nowhere to stay. There are people sleeping in schools and kindergartens. Our demand is for assistance to house these people in homes."
Another local added that one of their concerns is about salaries, for which again, there were no clear answers during the meeting. He mentioned, "Shahramanyan said that the RA government has frozen the budget of the Republic of Artsakh, and payments cannot be made."
It is noteworthy that a group of locals has been protesting in front of the Artsakh representation in Armenia since early morning, expressing opposition to the decision to suspend the payment of salaries to employees of state institutions in Artsakh.
