Samvel Shahramanyan Accepts Groups of Protest Participants from Artsakh

For over an hour, citizens protesting near the Artsakh representation in Armenia have been accepted by the President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan.

Currently, a few individuals remain inside, while others are leaving in dissatisfaction, stating that the president is repeating the same things again. We have learned that shortly, Samvel Shahramanyan will meet with another group of citizens waiting downstairs.
