Video: Son of Russian Rock Legend Stas Namin Brutally Kills Brother and Grandmother Near Moscow
Near Moscow, Russian rock legend Stas Namin's son and his mother-in-law have been brutally killed, reports the SHOT Telegram channel. Director Artem Mikoyan and his grandmother, Polina Tkachenko, were found in a summer house with multiple stab wounds.
The 85-year-old mother-in-law of the musician and her 30-year-old son were murdered last night in a cottage in the Kryukovo village of the Istrinsky district. Investigators did not find any signs of a struggle, and all of the household items remained in their places.
The murderer has been apprehended. According to preliminary information, he is Stas Namin's eldest son, Roman Mikoyan.
Media outlets report that the motive for the murder of Stas Namin's son and mother-in-law may have been a dispute over the sale of the house. According to another version, Roman Mikoyan argued with relatives after they asked him to stop using drugs.
Reports indicate that Roman himself called the police and waited for the investigators at the murder scene.
