VIDEO: Heavy Rains and Flooding in Ireland
'Babet' storm has struck the eastern coast of Ireland, bringing heavy rains and flooding. Euronews reports that weather forecasts also predict damaging winds.
It is noted that the storm is moving towards Scotland, where train and ferry services have been canceled in some areas.
A red alert has been declared in certain regions of Scotland.
