Funds Seized from Artsakh Residents Must be Returned After September 20

According to a decision by the President of Artsakh, the restrictions on the property and financial assets of debtors subjected to seizures have been lifted.

The Chief Enforcement Officer of Artsakh has decided to cancel the restrictions imposed on the property and financial assets of debtors in favor of state and community budgets, non-commercial organizations, and foundations.
