You Have 2 Options: Either Die or Surrender, Israel's Defense Minister Tells Hamas

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said on Tuesday that members of the Palestinian Hamas group have two options in the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip: surrender or die. This was reported by Al Arabiya.

“Our planes will reach you everywhere… Every missile has its address. We will reach every member of Hamas,” Gallant stated to the pilots of Israel's Air Force F-35 fighters.

“Hamas members have two options: either die in their positions or surrender unconditionally. There is no third option. We will eliminate the Hamas organization and remove all its capabilities,” he added.

Israel has announced that it will soon launch a large-scale ground operation in the Gaza Strip, which may be the most significant in the last four decades, according to the Times of Israel.

The Israel Defense Forces declared on Saturday that it is completing its preparations for a “coordinated attack from air, sea, and land.” The declared goals of the ground assault are to “dismantle Hamas's government and destroy its military capabilities, eliminate the threat of terrorism from Gaza to Israel, resolve the hostage situation, and protect Israel's borders and its peaceful population.”
