Aliyev: "We Will Return to Zangezur, Not in Tanks, But in Civilian Vehicles"

"We will return to Zangezur, but through peaceful means, not in tanks, but in civilian vehicles" - this was stated by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on October 17 during a meeting with resettled residents and representatives of the community in Fizuli (Varanda).

"We do not aspire to the territories of other countries. I have spoken about Zangezur, and I have been accused of something. But we will return there, not in tanks, but in civilian vehicles," the Azerbaijani president declared.
