The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has arrived in the occupied capital of the Republic of Artsakh, Stepanakert, where he raised the Azerbaijani state flag and delivered a speech. This was reported by the azertag.az website.

It is known that the state emblem of Azerbaijan has been installed on the building of the presidential residence in occupied Stepanakert. Additionally, Aliyev raised Azerbaijani flags in the occupied city of Martakert and in the area of the Sarsang Reservoir.
