Vitaly Balasanyan Interrogated at NSS

The former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, Vitaly Balasanyan, was interrogated at the National Security Service (NSS) yesterday.

In a conversation with "Hraparak," Balasanyan's lawyer, Rafael Martirosyan, confirmed that Balasanyan was summoned to the NSS for questioning. However, the lawyer did not disclose the specific case under which the questioning took place. He only informed that Balasanyan was interrogated in the capacity of a witness.
