There is a Possibility to Cancel the Document Signed by Samvel Shahramanyan: Samvel Babayan

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, signed a document which may have the possibility of cancellation. This was stated today, October 14, during a conversation with the media by Samvel Babayan, the leader of the 'United Fatherland' party.

“They signed an order that is valid until January 1. The only legitimate body is the National Assembly of Artsakh, which must examine that order and send it to the court to see how legally compatible it is, or if it is not compatible. Then the parliament will decide its steps. If it is found incompatible, they will remove the president and elect a new body that will govern, trying to resolve the issue of resettling or mobilizing the entire population,” he stated.

It should be noted that the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, had signed a decree regarding actions arising from the situation created after September 19, 2023, according to which all state institutions and organizations under departmental authority would be dissolved by January 1, 2024, and the Republic of Artsakh would cease to exist.
