Red Cross Has Not Yet Visited Former Leaders of Artsakh: Amatuni

The Red Cross has not yet met with former Artsakh leaders Araik Harutyunyan, Bako Sahakyan, Arkadi Ghukasyan, Levon Mnatsakanyan, and Davit Manukyan. Zara Amatuni, the communications program manager at the Armenian Red Cross, stated this in an interview with Radar Armenia.

“We have not visited these individuals yet,” Amatuni said.

Earlier, it was reported that former presidents Arkadi Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan, as well as National Assembly Speaker Davit Ishkhanyan were arrested and transferred to Baku.
