Details on Armenians Remaining in Stepanakert: 'Hraparak' Newspaper

Reliable sources state that as of today, several dozen Armenians remain in Stepanakert, approximately 30 individuals. Mainly, these are elderly, sick, and vulnerable people. Moreover, the number has increased slightly compared to the first visit of the Red Cross representatives.

How are those remaining meeting their basic needs? It turns out that Red Cross representatives are delivering 'tuliks' (food packages) every few days, similar to the food provisions provided to those in the fortress. Our source jokingly mentioned that all houses in Stepanakert now belong to them, and regardless, there will be food left in the refrigerators; they will not go hungry.

In the city, Azerbaijani police are maintaining security, but they have little interaction with the few residents remaining.
