Tigran Avinyan Nominated for Mayor of Yerevan

The Yerevan Council has nominated Tigran Avinyan for the position of mayor. This was announced by Alexander Badalyan, who chaired the meeting.
The other two factions in the council, 'Republic' and 'Public Voice', did not put forward a candidate.
It is worth noting that today marks the first meeting of the council, with 37 members registered.
