Ruben Vardanyan Was in His Brother's Car, Azerbaijani Forces Arrested Them Together: G. Manukyan

Former Deputy Commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Major General David Manukyan, who was captured by Baku, has not yet established contact with his family. The family has some communications with the Red Cross.

This was stated by Gagik Manukyan, brother of the captured David Manukyan, during the 24News program "Trace with Narek Galstyan."

“At this moment, we have as much information as is available in the open internet. We expect that in the coming days, the Red Cross will visit him, after which we will receive information,” he said.

Manukyan also found it difficult to specify whether his brother was included in the “lists” circulated by Azerbaijan, which contained names of potential captives among Artsakh leaders. He did not deny the information that David Manukyan, his wife, and former Artsakh Prime Minister Ruben Vardanyan were arrested together, after which his wife was allowed to return to Yerevan.
