Video: Long Lines at Moscow Airport Due to Service Failure
This morning, a malfunction occurred in the baggage handling system at Vnukovo International Airport in Moscow, Russia. This time, all baggage claim belts at the check-in counters have completely stopped working. This has been reported by Readovka.
As a result, long lines have formed, with people waiting for their turn to check their luggage. According to one passenger interviewed by the source, they have been waiting in line for an hour and a half.
It is noted that for unknown reasons, Vnukovo staff are advising passengers to take their bags to a larger section, which has also become crowded. Consequently, most of the luggage is now piled up in a corner.
It remains unclear when the system will return to normal operation.
