There is a New Opportunity for Peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia: Turkish Defense Minister

Turkish Defense Minister Yaşar Güler has stated that Ankara unequivocally supports the Azerbaijani army's "legitimate actions to protect territorial integrity." Güler simultaneously noted that a new opportunity has now arisen for the establishment of stability and peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

"We expect Armenia to recognize this and act accordingly, and we hope that a comprehensive settlement can be achieved as quickly as possible for the sake of regional stability and prosperity," the Turkish defense minister said.
