VIDEO: Lebanese Hezbollah Announces Joining Palestinian Hamas Forces
The Lebanese Hezbollah has announced its decision to join the Palestinian Hamas forces, according to media reports.
Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for the shelling of three positions of the Israeli army. Earlier today, the Israel Defense Forces had reported strikes in response to the shelling from Lebanon.
The Lebanese channel al-Mayadeen noted that the attacks targeted the village of Kfar Shuba located in southern Lebanon. Footage of rocket shelling from Lebanon towards Israel has also been released.
“In solidarity with the Palestinian resistance forces, a group of our fighters launched an assault this morning on three positions of the Zionist army near the Lebanese-occupied Shebaa farms,” Hezbollah stated in a declaration obtained by RIA Novosti.
The strikes were carried out with a large number of rockets and shells, including targeting an Israeli army radar station, achieving a 'direct hit', the group noted.
It is important to remember that on the morning of October 7, Israel was subjected to an unprecedented rocket attack from Gaza.
