International Court of Justice to Hear Armenia's Case Against Azerbaijan on October 12

The International Court of Justice in The Hague has scheduled a hearing for October 12 regarding Armenia's application against Azerbaijan in connection with the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. According to a statement from the court, reported by RIA Novosti, Armenia has submitted a claim for the protection and preservation of rights enshrined in international law, requesting interim measures against Baku in accordance with the provisions of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.

The court's public hearing on the application of the "International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination" (Armenia v. Azerbaijan) will take place on Thursday, October 12, 2023, as stated in the announcement released on the court's official website.
