Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Responds to France's Statements
Mariam Z.
Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry has issued a statement in response to France's comments. The statement asserts that the accusations from France, which claim that Azerbaijan has occupied 150 square kilometers of territory, are unfounded.
"Azerbaijan has not occupied the territory of any country, and the assertion that the areas where Azerbaijani forces are present in the unmarked section of the border belong to Armenia contradicts any logic," the statement reads.
It should be noted that on September 19, Azerbaijan launched a large-scale attack against Artsakh. As a result of Azerbaijan's aggression, Artsakh suffered at least 200 casualties and over 400 injuries in just one day.
