VIDEO: '1915 Repeats Itself' - Armenian Students Protest in Los Angeles

A group of Armenian students staged a protest during a university conference in Los Angeles. The incident took place on Friday morning, but the video has only now surfaced.

About 50 students gathered near the Annenberg building to protest the university's decision to hold an event with Hasan Murad Mercan, the Turkish ambassador to the United States.

The protest began when an Armenian student emerged from the classroom, raised a flag, and called for the event to be canceled. Police escorted him out, and soon others joined in, chanting 'Shame on the university' and '1915 repeats itself,' referencing the Armenian Genocide in Artsakh.
