‘The Artsakh person who participates in protests should be deprived of assistance’: Hakob Karapetyan calls on to curb such statements

Former spokesperson for the mayor Hakob Karapetyan has addressed the individuals, particularly representatives of the authorities and members of the ruling Civil Contract Party, who are writing about depriving our compatriots forcibly displaced from Artsakh of assistance.

Hakob Karapetyan identified his friends from the ruling side and wrote, “Maria Karapetyan, Sargis Khandanyan, Levon Zakaryan, Sisak Gabrielyan, Eduard Avetisyan, and others, for the sake of our former acquaintance and sometimes personal good relations, please curb these people; they are your supporters and party members. If, of course, you do not agree with them (but I, in any case, hope that you do not agree).”
