Mesrop Arakelyan, co-founder of the 'Living Country' party, wrote on his Facebook page:

“For already three years, there has been a support program for the displaced residents of Artsakh, providing a monthly amount of 40,000 drams. Those benefiting from this program are those who lived in the territories lost due to the war prior to 2020. And now, Nikol Pashinyan declares a new program for the Armenian community of Artsakh, meanwhile all Artsakh residents have become beneficiaries of the existing program. There is no new program. By the way, there was also another program for all these beneficiaries; they all received this amount until they received new housing. Therefore, all residents of Artsakh should become beneficiaries of the program to receive new housing. I will talk about solutions and the fate of Artsakh’s budget of 144 billion drams in the near future.”
