Housing Expense Support Program: Nikol Pashinyan's Statement

We are starting a housing expense support program for our brothers and sisters who have been forcibly displaced from Artsakh.

To cover the housing expenses of each family, a monthly amount of 40,000 drams will be provided per person, plus an additional 10,000 drams per person for all utility expenses. This program will commence on October 1 and will remain in effect for at least six months. All forcibly displaced individuals, regardless of age, will be eligible for this program.

Exceptions will be made for families that have housing in Armenia, as well as individuals residing in special care centers who are unable to rent housing.

The previously announced one-time payment of 100,000 drams to each forcibly displaced individual will begin next week. Tomorrow, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan will present details during the Humanitarian Center's broadcast at 12:00.

The issues faced by our brothers and sisters displaced from Artsakh will continue to be at the forefront of our attention.
