According to certain sources, Azerbaijan has also captured Arshavir Gharamyan, a hero of Artsakh and general. This was reported by Turkologist Varoujan Geghamyan.

He noted that this news is still being verified: “I hope this will also be denied.”

It should be added that there is no official confirmation at this time.

Recall that Arshavir Gharamyan served as Secretary of the Security Council from 2018 to 2020, and prior to that, he held the position of Director of the National Security Service from 2014 to 2018.
