I Can't Obtain Information About Davit Babayan from Any International Organization: Zohrebyan

Davit Babayan, the former foreign minister of Artsakh, presidential assistant, diplomat, and intellectual who was on Azerbaijan's blacklist and is demanded by Azerbaijan to be handed over to Baku, announced this morning that he is currently moving towards Shushi to surrender in order to avoid greater losses. Former MP Naira Zohrebyan wrote on her Facebook page:

“The draft, like in the case of Ruben Vardanyan, has gone mad with happiness. Various 'garbage' singers started theatrics on the tragedy of humanity. One day we may find out how certain people on the blacklist crossed the border peacefully, and for what reasons we are all glad, and it’s not only about Nikol’s protégé Syamo. Ruben Vardanyan was abducted, and Davit, realizing that there was no other option, walked to surrender. But now I cannot obtain information about Davit Babayan from any international organization. If any of my colleagues have reliable information, please let me know,” Zohrebyan wrote.
