I Am Free, Safe: Artak Beglaryan

"Since many are asking, let me clarify that I am free, safe. Although I continue to receive numerous public and private insults filled with hatred and threats, I have never been notified about any Azerbaijani persecution, for which there is no basis. I cannot disclose my location for security reasons," wrote Artak Beglaryan, the former State Minister of Artsakh, on his 'X' page.
