Baku's Reaction to Macron's Recent Statement

Baku has raised yet another hysteria regarding Macron's recent statements.

The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that France is "falsely presenting itself as a defender of human rights and international law, supporting Armenian separatism in Azerbaijan's Karabakh region, and attempting to implement its neo-colonialist and hateful practices in the South Caucasus region."

It is worth recalling that earlier, Macron called for respect for minority rights and declared that Paris is "very attentive" to Armenia's territorial integrity.
