Electricity Supply Restored in Martakert: Situation in Artsakh

Electricity supply has been restored in the town of Martakert. This was reported by a local resident and journalist, Lusine Zakaryan, in a conversation with an Armenpress correspondent.

However, the city of Askeran continues to remain without electricity. This was announced by the press secretary of the regional administration, Anahit Petrosyan.

Electricity supply has also not been restored in Stepanakert. According to local resident Gayane Gevorgyan, due to the lack of electricity, stoves have been set up in the streets for cooking food.

“We manage to charge our phones with car batteries to keep in touch with each other. We are waiting hopefully,” Lusine Zakaryan added.
