VIDEO: Ararat Mirzoyan Boycotts Jeyhun Bayramov's Speech by Leaving UN Security Council Room
During a UN Security Council meeting on the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan delivered a statement, after which Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov took the floor.
Mirzoyan boycotted Bayramov's speech by leaving the UN Security Council room.
