Levon Kocharian Arrested

Attorney Alexander Kochubaev reports: Levon Kocharian has been arrested. This morning at 12:00, police officers harshly assaulted Levon Kocharian before taking him into custody. We had submitted a report regarding the crime of torture involving Kocharian. A short while ago, the investigator handed us the arrest decision, which revealed that the torturing officers reported that L. Kocharian had assaulted 4 members of the Red Berets. Based on this absurdity, a criminal case has been initiated, while the boys are contemplating the torture aspect. This is certainly a legal mess.

Levon Kocharian approached this issue with laughter and called on everyone not to surrender and to continue the fight.
