Video: 13-year-old Mkrtich and his mother seriously injured in Azerbaijani shelling in Artsakh
13-year-old Mkrtich Hovhoyan and his mother have been seriously injured as a result of Azerbaijani shelling in the village of Vank, Artsakh, targeting their home. This was reported by former Prime Minister of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, on his social media page.
“In this incident, his 16-year-old brother, Sergey Hovhoyan, and their 67-year-old neighbor, Melik, were killed,” he stated.
