Several Substations Feeding the Electrical System in Artsakh Under Azerbaijani Control

Several substations feeding the electrical system are currently under Azerbaijani control, making it impossible to supply electricity at this time. This has been reported by Artsakhenergo.

At present, emergency recovery work is being carried out in Stepanakert by Artsakhenergo CJSC. Concurrently, negotiations are underway with the Russian peacekeeping mission to ensure that there are no issues in the network in the event of electricity availability.
